No. There is no restocking fee for returns within 30 days.
Waldmann requires the return to be in its original packaging. If you don’t have the original packaging or the original packaging is not in good condition, Customer Service will ship you a new carton at no charge.
If you cancel your order before LAVIGO.core home ships, a credit will be applied to your credit card to reverse the charge and no other action is required. Orders are shipped within 24 to 48 hours upon receipt of your order.
If you cancel your order after it has shipped, please follow the “Return Process” on FAQ and request an RMA.
